Nothing, everythign was just perfect. We will definitely go back there.

The treatment of the reception staff, as well as the room service has been very pleasant. The possibility of using the pool, allows you to be very relaxed after spending a few hours on the beach, which is accessed from the same hotel.

The treatment of a waiter in the restaurant who serves the tables, first of all the bearded look and a bow tie, is not very pleasant, although this may be debatable. The worst thing is his treatment I understand that being a Spanish speaker, the normal thing is that he addresses us in this language, in the same way that he did it when the client was English, French or German, but in a very insistent or provocative way he addressed in Catalan, I do not know if he did it for foolishness or looking for a call of attention, what he has achieved is that he has taken me a bad memory of the hotel, so I do not recommend this hotel, unless you are German, French, Italian or of any country, except Spanish.

I liked our stay in Bel Air. The hotel staff is good. The location is very convenient to travel to Barcelona by bus L94 (from 40 min to 1 hour - depends on traffic - and it's the same travel zone as Barcelona, so it's cheap). There's a wide and long sandy beach behind the hotel where you can always find a place. It's very pleasant to combine city tour with the good beach. Planes didn't bother us much as most of them departed and landed from the other side.

We had a room with the sea view, but we couldn't come out to the balcony as just under us there was a promenade with a lot of people walking and staring at us. It felt like we were on a podium. And even at night we couldn't be there in the dark as the hotel turned on the light above each balcony.

I had a lovely stay with my family at this quaint hotel where the beach access was very nice and the room was cozy with a fine sea view balcony. We enjoyed lounging by the sun terrace and taking advantage of the beach chairs provided. The only hiccup was that sometimes the toilet seat felt a bit wobbly, but that didn't dampen our overall experience 😊

I stayed here for a quick beach getaway with family. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach. We loved the large pool and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant by the beach. The lack of coffee/tea facilities in the room was a bit disappointing, and we faced some issues with the balcony door not locking properly.

Very comfortable hotel in excellent location but do not understand how it can have four stars when it does not operate a bar or restaurant for dinner,only breakfast is served.

The room with a sea view was spacious and clean, offering fantastic ocean views. The beachfront location allowed easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants.

Everything was fine, unbeatable location so close to the ocean, enjoying the beach and Close to BCN airport, very good experience. Our room was modern and well-appointed with waterfront view as well as slippers. The breakfast offered was rich and substantial right on the water. Appreciated the location close to restaurants. Besides, it was 0 mins walk from Platja de Castelldefels...

The food was great, I really enjoyed slices of fresh bread and eggs. There were splendid, neat rooms with a balcony.

Great location , on the beach . Amazing view of the med from our balcony . 15 minute walk or 5 euro taxi to station , then 25 minutes by train & you are in the centre of Barcelona . Same price as city centre hostels , but 4* room , Owen bathroom , views to die for & no noise , all for an half hour train ride , no argument in my view , plan to bring my children here next year as was so nice .

Only moan , could have done with coffee making facility's in the room , that is my only moan , lol .
